Clare Pannell Cards

I have a friend here in Singapore who’s obsessed with stationary…. I mean, I like it, I love receiving a card but I’m not obsessed. That being said, I do remember the pre going back to school shop with my mother to fill my pencil case, which was pretty exciting at the time… well at least a lot more than walking the isles of John Lewis for grey socks and name tapes.

Clare Pannell cards do appeal to me though. Clare launched her company a couple of years ago and has tapped brilliantly into the Singapore market, which seriously lacks a good selection of cards (unless you like the glitter encrusted with long romantic poems inside, even for a 3yr olds birthday) Each of her designs have been embroidered before printed on the cards to create a unique look. She has a large collection of kids cards, birthday, leaving and now personalised note cards.

Her designs have gone from strength to strength since launching…. I love the kids personalised note cards, which I ordered for lots of our Godchildren last Christmas, through to her new elegant gold embossed stars and bee’s which are a limited edition sold at Cuckoo, Dempsey and now Chillax Market, Turf City.

Clare is easily contactable and helpful with the personalised designs to appeal to each individual child, for example London based kids her Red Bus and Soldier is brilliant to the Asian maps and lanterns. Here are a few examples:

Christmas is coming (yes, here in Singapore it’s any minute before “Deck the halls” will be blaring through Cold Storage) so keep your eyes peeled for her packs of cards.

Ribbon and Roses catch up

After a great pop up at Cluny Court a couple of weeks ago, we are now gearing up for some exciting projects to finish off the year… how terrifying does that sound.…The end of the year, not sure where most of 2015 has gone.

We are busy working on the next collection in time for the “Share the Love” BoutiquesFair. So please pop the date in your diary and we look forward to seeing you there. We will be bringing lots of new prints and designs for the clothing and jewellery. Here’s a sneak peak of some fabrics we are working with.

All is steaming ahead at Chillax Market and we are moving spaces in October, sticking alongside Mist so please come and see us. We are both adding new pieces constantly to the store so keep your eyes peeled.

We will be in touch with images of the new designs soon.

Lots of love
